Yoga For The Erotic Self

A femme-led exploration of the erotic self through the lens of yoga. Join a group of women as we learn and practice through a study of the Hindu Goddesses of yoga: Parvati, Durga, Kali, Lakshmi, and Sarasvati. Part women’s circle, part experiment, this course seeks to answer the question: What if a GODDESS taught yoga? How would we all walk away?

New Moon Women’s Group

Various homes
Portland, OR

Join our monthly women’s group wherein we honor the one, the only, new moon. Coming together in this time of darkness, we mingle, we meditate, we focus in, speak, and listen as we each share what’s coming up for us in this new moon and where we want to go from here.

My Ethos

Psychologist turned nurse turned nurse practitioner turned yogi. And the transformation continues. At the heart of my work lies a dedication to the exquisite blend of body and spirit. To our eros, our passions, and our vitality. I invite you to immerse yourself in your own vital energy. Ultimately, we work to tap in so that every movement is a testament to self-exploration as we seek to know what it is to be a spirit in a human body.
